These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MandateAI platform, including the compliance dashboard, weekly regulatory digest, on-demand intelligence interface, and compliance gap assessment ("Platform"), operated by MandateAI ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or subscribing to any MandateAI service, you ("Subscriber", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
MandateAI is currently operating as a pre-registration entity in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), United Arab Emirates, and may be contacted at hello@mandateai.ae.
MandateAI provides regulatory intelligence, compliance monitoring, and structured analysis of regulatory developments. The Platform does not provide legal advice.
Specifically:
Subscribers use the Platform as a regulatory intelligence tool to support — not replace — their own compliance programmes and legal counsel.
New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features included in their selected plan tier. No payment is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled.
MandateAI offers the following subscription tiers:
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise MandateAI to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
MandateAI reserves the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Access to the Platform is granted via verified email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@mandateai.ae if you suspect unauthorised access.
MandateAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any account that breaches these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or uses the Platform in a manner that creates legal or reputational risk for MandateAI.
The Platform, including its underlying technology, regulatory intelligence pipeline, relevance matching system, data layer, source code, design, and all content produced by the Platform, is the exclusive intellectual property of MandateAI. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership or licence in MandateAI's intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Platform as a subscriber.
MandateAI's regulatory intelligence extraction methodology, source selection criteria, and relevance matching algorithms constitute proprietary trade secrets. Subscribers may not attempt to reverse-engineer, replicate, or commercialise any aspect of MandateAI's analytical methodology.
Any information you provide to the Platform (including company profile, compliance posture descriptions, and queries) remains your property. You grant MandateAI a limited licence to use this information solely to provide the Platform services to you.

You acknowledge that regulatory compliance is your responsibility, and that MandateAI's outputs are tools to support — not discharge — that responsibility.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ADGM Courts.
Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute by contacting hello@mandateai.ae.
MandateAI may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to subscribers by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
